The Kandertalbahn is one of only a few trains in Germany, and the only normalspurige branch line in Baden-Württemberg, which is operated as a pure museum train. The Kandertalbahn is a classic branch line, which has been preserved in its full length with all stations. The transport system Nebenbahn can be experienced here in operation. The route from Haltingen to Kandern leads over a distance of 13 km through the lovely Kander Valley into the pottery town Kandern. Here are also the locomotives and wagons home.
