Landhaus Florian was built in the 1970s by the then Bezirksschornsteinfegermeister-master who had a great love for fireplaces, stoves and hand-made, exclusive equipment. In the 1990s he expanded the house to meet his growing family. The villa inspired not only by its generosity and its elegant design, but also a quiet, sunny location with a huge garden and the proximity to various sports and leisure activities - such as skiing / snowboarding, golfing, hiking and cycling / mountain biking.
