The German Diary Archive is a place for the professional storage of personal life stories from the German-speaking countries. Here, personal stories such as diaries, life memories, and correspondence are archived for broad population strata. Anybody interested in submitting unpublished autobiographical documents is welcome.
In the DTA, the documents are read, made accessible and accessible to interested users.
In guided tours, lectures and lectures, excerpts from the collected texts are presented to a broad public.
