The museum in the Knoblauchhaus is dedicated to Berlin life in the Biedermeier period. The former residence of the wealthy entrepreneurial family Knoblauch is one of the few surviving town houses of the 18th century. Century in Berlin. With the support of the descendants of the Garlic family, the Knoblauchhaus opened its doors as a museum in 1989 for the first time.
